Terrible Enrollment Contract > Benchmark Young Adult School

I've evaluated several labor contracts in Korea and I hope NO PARENT ever signs the Bronze Phase agreement below.  There are so many problems with the Bronze Phase agreement, whereas an attorney should evaluate it.

I am surprised parents sign poorly written enrollment contracts. A poorly written enrollment contract is one of several reasons an attorney should be involved.  The State of California needs to keep a close eye on how Benchmark Young Adult School conducts business.
