Mangez moi is the vous (polite) form way of saying eat me (so it's not "eat me" as in an insult, rather as in literally "eat me"). In the context of the video, it's actually referring to magic mushrooms (watch it a few times and it's pretty clear, even without understanding the french).  champignon = mushroom.
