It would be incredible if the programs could be blamed for "Shut Down Insanity Syndrome". If people working to close them become beside themselves to the point where they cannot work together, the program prevails. Therefore, program should also be held liable for causing this environment to exist. They can't have all the credit, but they appear to have a monopoly. They train the sooner or later agitators using thought reform tactics, then the agitators try to work together but it just turns into another "group" setting, then people get all pissed off and the program stays its course. Is it possible that there is something in the programming of the sooner or later agitators that triggers this situation at a certain point? Or, does this syndrome occur because of other reasons. If so, what are they?
