Just because Struggling 'Tards censors doesn't mean fornits shouldn't censor on occasion, too. That logic is severly flawed (I guess we should all stop shitting too since people who post on ST must have to shit now and then.) There are times when it is right to delete things. I took that as "ccm calls the shots.  I resign" not "if ccm calls the shots, i'll resign".  If you meant your resignation to be conditional, then so be it, and i'll add you back to the PV forum mod list.  CCM does not call the shots, nor does anybody else 'cept Ginger, ultimately, but there is a concern when actual survivors (not just CCM) are concerned with the perception that you're a somehow a loose cannon who might go after them.  I realize that your "bluff" attack on her was defense reaction and that she went after you first, but the fact of the situation is that there is a perception (albeit misguided) that you can't be trusted.  That is why I suggested you apologize to CCM for bluffing.  It's not to concede anything or give in to demands, but rather to calm the situation and the fears others might have (however unfounded).

I'm still not sure what powers a moderator really has?!! But, if Zen is getting this upset.....is it unreasonable for me to think he has access to more information then lets say, me? Whatever, like I always say....it is what it is. Zen did apologize to me. But, the problem is he never admitted to posting my full information. He was always defending himself saying he did post it. But, with a bunch of blanks. I know Zen got some of my personal information from here, and whatever powers he was given as a moderator. Once he had some of my info, it was pretty easy to go around to the other sites, and identify me. I'm sure he was able to gather more information on me. Enough to run a full background check. I still think that is creepy as all hell, but hey, it is what it is. If I was your wife, I'd be like WTF is your obsession with this CCM girl??? I don't think it's normal to run background checks on people like me  that you come across on a board such as this one. It's not like I was employed by one of these places? But that's precisely what the "god" guest said (who has PMed me and I actually know him/her quite well and trust him/her).  He was "moderate".  He said it was posted with a bunch of blanks.

I consider it highly probably that Zen bluffed that he actually knew your full name and still doesn't.  Still, it did scare a lot of people, which is why I suggested he apologize.

To God loves us all - you did admit I used blanks to disguise this woman's identity, and I get the feeling that still upset you.  I appreciate your honesty in setting the record straight about CCM's info not being posted in full, as she and theWho claimed..  Accept my sincere apology for causing you alarm, I understand now why you viewed it as a threat.  Please believe me, I would NEVER post the full info of a poster.  Even after my daughter's address, phone number and pictures with mocking comments went up, I refrained from retaliation.  The individuals who posted my kid's info felt no inclination to mask her info with XXXX's.

This sounds like a fairly reasonable question, all things considered. I'd be the last person to tell someone what they 'should' think about any experience. Listen first, then ask questions. Something like that. Perhaps CCM has already claimed that she got something from her stay at Cross Creek. If she believes that, I'd hear her out first before giving her the 3rd degree over it. Maybe there is more history here to all of this, perhaps discussions over this very thing have already taken place.

But really, CCM -- if you are going to make a statement like that on a board like this, it would probably be wise of you to back those statements up with something in the way of specifics.
