I remember going to Lybbi's parent's private beach on Hillsboro Mile and doing regular beach stuff. It was accessable from the Hillsboro Light House Coast Guard station (If I remember right)

I remember hearing about that famous beach outing , for some reason or another I didn't make it., it was from the ANDREWS ave house
I believe around 1971. The first time I went to the seed was around 1970 on 3rd ave ?  and I remeber they had this wedding there, I wish I could remember the names of the people that got married, maybe it was a Pam, and I have to say it really moved me, I was about 15 or 16 at the time. that small house had some special moments.

Damn, must be nice!!!  We miss you though!

Being sleepy can impair someone's ability to do thier job.  People
can sleep at home and come to the job with sleepiness still in their system. The sleepiness can still be there long after the employee has slept. When someone is found to be sleepy on the job, they can claim that they went to sleep the night before.  The only solution to this problem is to ban employees from sleeping.

I told ya'. If we wanna hang out w/ Greg, we'll have to plan on the expat zone in Costa Rica.

I'm ready if you are!!  A friend of my husband's just finished his 'surf shack' on some property he bought down there.  He loves it, swears he's moving there when he retires.

I vote we all plan a huge reunion in Costa Rica.   ::bigsmilebounce::

I was at SR84 in '73....Strange, I don't remember that song at all.  The only song I actually remember singing (I truly hated it) was.... High Hopes?!?
Something about a rubber tree plant and ants and elephants....  I hated that song....

I remember that one too. I wasn't crazy about it either...probably because I couldn't grasp the concept of having high hopes at that stage in my life. Just for kicks, I googled it. Here are the lyics as sung by Frank Sinatra.  Writer(s): cahn/van heusen

Next time your found, with your chin on the ground
There's a lot to be learned, so look around

Just what makes that little old ant
Think he?ll move that rubber tree plant
Anyone knows an ant, can?t
Move a rubber tree plant

But he?s got high hopes, he?s got high hopes
He?s got high apple pie, in the sky hopes

So any time your gettin? low
?stead of lettin? go
Just remember that ant
Oops there goes another rubber tree plant

When troubles call, and your back?s to the wall
There a lot to be learned, that wall could fall

Once there was a silly old ram
Thought he?d punch a hole in a dam
No one could make that ram, scram
He kept buttin? that dam

?cause he had high hopes, he had high hopes
He had high apple pie, in the sky hopes

So any time your feelin? bad
?stead of feelin? sad
Just remember that ram
Oops there goes a billion kilowatt dam

All problems just a toy balloon
They?ll be bursted soon
They?re just bound to go pop
Oops there goes another problem kerplop
