It is hard to imagine a place like that with kids wearing batteries for backpacks and staff with remote control shocking devices and they say nothing is unusual about multiple shocks per day what is wrong with these people. Why is this place even allow to be open still, youd think they are from a time machine a hudnred years ago!

According to the article, the shocks were administered at a group home, which means the horror doesn't even end at the end of the day when the kids go home from "school".

I would bet this sort of "Behavioral Modification" technique would be highly endorsed by TheWho as he thinks thought reform is such a wonderful thing.
