I just read they litterally beat a boy to death and no investigation followed. Its crazy what needs to be done to get an investiation you'd have to film the thing

Oh wait, if you film it an expert would explain that kid beaten to death on camera clearly died from sickle cell anemia, or perhaps, puppy love

You'd need a national uproar to pressure the authorities into filing charges

Oh wait, than a jury would declare it's legal to beat a kid to death, sorry kid.
