Love the case citations that McGowan made.  I read them over online, Bradbury is going to totally win this thing in the appeals court.

"The Sembler's" what stupid people, how in the hell they let Carnesoltas, aka "Madeline Albright" a disgraced former judge from Miami, Florida and attorney with her Florida bar problems (you ought to check that out) (there is a web site) handle this is just not even real.

Her boss Mr. Englander, what was he thinking, oh, I will bill Mel $500, or $700 per hour and pay-of some bills with this case?  I sure don't know but if I were Mel, I would sue Englander and Carnesoltas for total
dumb-assness.

I wonder if Florida law has some staute to help out old man Sembler recover some of his money from Englander?

Mel is a terrible business man, just pay's off the government through donations and gets his own way, not smart, but just simple.

Nevermind, I think i get it now. Pissing in the front yard is simple because it might be easier to just whip it out right then and there rather than wait until you get inside to unload your bladder.. but stupid because it can get you ARRESTED. Makes perfect sense, thanks.

Someday someone will carefully read over Marlene McCord's deposition and figure out that, (what Bradbury knows).

well you'll find out if you read it and look up Florida Statutes real carefully.

Local laws as well. (Pinellas County).

Wonder who put her up in that nice new condo?  

Same building/place where 'Charlie, Chuckie Crist" lives; sometimes.

lets see ???? was it Stevie Wonder?  Fred Flinstone?  Leave it to Beaver? Bill Maher?  John Stewart? Bill Clinton? Mel Sembler? or plastic surgery centers of america?

What is the correct answer?

The Sembler's have responded to Bradbury's Brief in the 2nd District Court of Appeals in Florida.

Their reponse to be posted shortly 33 pages.
