Why was the who allowed back onto the board?

Somebody posted a listing from the MA sex offender registry. The Who then got angry and used the words on the board "i have paid my debt to society". About a day after posting this he edited his post.
The whole thread is now lost as are many others from the recent move. The Who is also banned from going on this road trip due to this. As to whether he committed an offence against his daughter or someone else is immaterial. Parents need to know of this man's history when he floods the board with his lies. Then they can honestly make up their own mind.

I find this whole discussion interesting.  We have been reading for years here on fornits about how kids have been abused and wondering which of the posts are embellished, which are true and which are false.  But there is no way to verify whether or not all the stories are true or not.  Its seems we have an opportunity to verify the validity of some of these posts………

So the question put before us is:
Do some posters sometimes come on here and tell a “tall taleâ€

Child abuse in any form is a very very serious matter. IF the Who person actually committed this crime, thats a horrible thing. If he is on the sex offender registry, which every state has, the only way to find him would be to know his name, which I have never seen posted on here (I must have missed it maybe?) Anyway, if its an actual fact then saying that he is one is just a true statement and a disgusting one at that. However, is it possible that he really isnt on the sex offender registry? Can someone prove once and for all what the truth is on this matter? If he really hasnt committed child abuse its a pretty heinous thing to accuse someone of it and them be innocent. Ive had people say before on here that I was a child abuser and should have my kid taken away, as far from the truth as that is, it was still hurtful. I guess my point is, you can call someone a bitch or an asshole, say you dont like them or their beliefs, but when you accuse someone of a crime, and they are not guilty, thats another matter. I just am wondering if the whole sex offender thing is true or not. Can anyone provide proof one way or the other? I dont know this Who person so I have no clue.

My thoughts are its either true or Who posting it himself to chip away at credibility around here.  Read this from page 4 of this thread and tell me what you think.

What do you have to say about this Who?

I'm not ready to believe this but this does make one wonder. Until I see proof or you admit it I'll keep saying that you are just an asshole.

There was a similar issue about a year ago, where someone posted some private information about a person named Devon being bisexual , by one of the staff members (I cant mention the school).  RobertBruce, I think was the poster,  became very pissed off and came to this person Devons defense and claimed the staff violated a rule called HIPPA, the staff member claimed this person Devon posted this information himself and he was just repeating what he read here on fornits, not from the school, therefore no HIPPA violation.  The original post was eventually found and he did state himself that he was bisexual so the staff person proved his case.  Robertbruce later edited out the original message (I guess they were the same person). The question was asked if the information was gone forever and he was told that the original post could be retrieved if requested and that all edited and deleted posts are kept in the history folder.

So if someone claimed thewho admitted to being a sex offender there is an easy solution, just have the poster who claims he said it show us the post that was edited and webdiva, psy etc. can check the edit history or thewhos posts (edit history) can be screened by running a simple search for the word “registryâ€

Of course you did not find anything. As stated previously the entire thread is gone. This has happened to a lot of data in the 2 moved which have just occured. The who deleted his post claiming that he repaid his debt to society but the entire thread has been removed.
Th Anne bonney, unfortunately you are wrong. I wish that you were not. I am not the who. I genuinely recall seeing this post. it is extremely frustrating that it appears to no longer exist as it is information that any parent should be aware of when reading this bastard's posts.

Hey, I'm not saying it did or didn't happen and that is damned frustrating. He's the only one who can do that.  I was just presenting a theory.   I wish there was some way to retrieve it.  Have you contacted Ginger or anyone else through PMs to see if there is any chance?  There must at least be a Google 'cached' page??  I have no idea what I'm talking about so someone tell me if that's not possible.  

Hey. Let's try this.

The Who.....have you ever been charged with lewd and lascivious behavior or child molestation or anything similar?  Anything in that realm?  This is your chance to state, unequivocally one way or the other what your side of the story is.  Or do you not want to 'go on record' so to speak, denying it in case you're proven wrong later?  I really have no fucking clue.

Hmm.... I think somebody... not guest... should check that registry for an "alan".  As far as why a thread is not there... No clue.  Could have happened if TSW authored the thread (fubar with the database).  Do you have a link?  I / Kelly can try to do a search of the backups.

You can also do nationwide here.  I don't know the guy's last name for sure.  I have a few good ideas / probabilities, but so far those show up negative on the above site.
