Scarlett, I have yet another thing to thank you for that I learned in the short time that you showed me such gracious hospitality.  I started smoking American Spirits.

I understand how absurd it seems for me to say that my lungs feel better after smoking, but they do feel better after switching to these and now vaping.

Thank you my friend.

I know, I know.  You're absolutely right but, what can I say.  I haven't been exactly stable enough, until now at least, to even attempt it.  This 'natural' cigarette may well be my self-comfort, but I really am quitting (cigarettes) very soon.  I'm justifying this as a 'step down'.

Hey, it's working for me so far.  I've found that I've craved them less and less often.  I've probably cut down from a pack a day to just under 2/3. Wish me luck.

American Spirits are awesome. Yes, tobacco is not good for human lungs, but at least these cigs are just tobacco and not mixed with a bunch of chemicals.

Good luck on cutting down. That trick never worked for me, but cold turkey has worked a few times -- I even quit once for over a year. I always come back though. If you're still smoking 2/3 of pack a day, you like to smoke way too much. I have that problem too.

So at least now I know. It's not that I can't quit, it's that I don't want to quit, and I'll have to deal with the consequences of that. We each pick our poison, and I happen to really like mine.
