yup. i had that issue the msnbc article was talking about. i was applying to barnes and nobles, and they thought that putting "chillin.smokin.jammin.lovin" as my only interests, along with a picture of me with my middle finger up, and membership in a number of leftist anti-rightwing groups disqualified me.
figures. i mean, i wasnt expecting anything else from an employer who saw my profile, but i dont think it's right that people judge other's potential work performance purely based on their facebook profile.
