Well, Foxfire on Ubuntu didn't crash. Took a few to load. But it's only a 554 x 554 image.
It is way bigger then that. Ubuntu must have a limit in its png libraries to stop it from loading an image that big.
So I was wrong, but it still would crash most browsers.
Works here on ubuntu ppc linux (running off a CD after hdd started doing the "click" a few days ago

It displayed coorrectly at 10kx10k scaled down to 6%. It slowed firefox down for a bit but it loaded. But ya... I can see how most configurations would have a problem with that issue. There is supposed to be a cap on the image size of avatars to 80x80 but i'm not sure if that applies to remote images (probably not, given TSW has been known to use images
much bigger than that as his avatar)
Ok... so nobody get any smart ideas or we'll have to disable remote images (and enable upload, which IS capped to 80x80)
