I've dealt with David before.  He's a great guy and very, very sharp.  He also happens to understand the TeenHurt business and how it works - like a racket!

Whoever is involved in the plaintiff's end with this suit is in the good hands of a good guy...

Other than that, I have been told he is one of the best "appellate"
attorneys(if not the best) in the state.

Mesquite, NV. is 35 miles from St. George.

Boyd Hooper. Admissions Director of Focal Point Academy, an all-boys facility, is named as a Defendant in the Law Suit.

He was Admissions Director of Sunrise Academy, an all-girls facility in Hurricane, Utah (which is 53 miles from Mesquite, NV).
Sunrise Academy was one of Scheff's favorite places to refer children to.

Must be nice for Scheff to have facilities so close together to place both boys and girls, huh?
Especially since SUNRISE ADOLESCENT TRANSPORT is located in St. George, Utah--exactly in-between these two "schools."
