Our french teacher in fifth grade used to play this game that was kind of a version of I Spy. She would leave the room, and the class would come to a decision about what item in the classroom she was supposed to find. Of course, we would try to find something to stump her.
When she came back in, the dialogue for finding the item or picture had to be conducted in french. For example, she would guesture for "is it between here and here?" and say "Et la?..... Et la?" and we would respond oui or non. Of course, there were more elaborate questions than that, but this is just a basic example to give you an idea. Our answers were normally yes or no, but the point was that we had to listen to her and understand what she was asking. And of course, if she gives up and asks what it is and where it is, we had to answer in French.
The best was when we chose a tiny picture of a flag on a world map, which had the flags of every single country depicted. (We chose nepal.) That one took her a while.
