When Sue filed the lawsuit, she thought Carey would be defenseless. All of a sudden, Carey's gets a brand new, anonymously funded, set of lawyers from the very same lawfirm who faught for WWASP in the WWASP vs. PURE trial. During the period after Katrina when Carey was homeless, her lawyers suddenly stopped getting funded, and never forwarded information to her about the case... Why did WWASP suddenly decide to call off the dogs. They could have had Sue's head on a spike. Sue knew she would lose if the case went to court... what could she do.... so she calls up WWASP, and makes a deal with the devil... agreeing to pay in blood... the blood of kids. "referrals"... As long as she refers to schools "not" officially associated with WWASP, she is free to bash WWASP publicly, and any business they lose, will be picked up by Sue and referred back to WWASP operating under another name... Sue isn't just competition to WWASP, she's an illusion of competition, and her friend, Isabelle, is an illusion of an advocate... making it seem like she cares about the kids...
Ever play Deus Ex 2? Remember Pequods and QueeQuegs coffee shops, that pretend like they are in competition to drum up more business... and they turn out to be owned by the same umbrella corportation. That's, oddly enough, where I came up with this initial hypothesis several months ago, and have been looking into it ever since (with the help of several sources, who I will never name, subpoena or not). A "blogger" (in Isabelle's own words) is a journalist, and a journalist gets to protect his/her sources.
Of course this is just a hypothetical situation that may or may not have happened... Let's investigate this hypothetical situation, shall we.
