Would it be possible to post some names of ODADAS people, for the purposes of sending E-mails? Also, their mailing address would be helpful. A hardcopy letter is something I'd like to send. Thank you.

Please know that ODADAS Deputy Counsel Jim Lapczynski is going to see everything sent to ODADAS that is related to khk. Since 2005, he's been acting PO'd that people are complaining about the program. From the replies he sends out to complainer folks, it sure looks like he's attempting to cover for khk.

I don't know how long it takes after the inspection to finish all the paperwork and make the decision. Being a holiday weekend, I doubt anyone working for a state agency will be working.

Although the visit from ODADAS was on the 20th, KHK gets certified (or denied) in January of 08'.  I am sorry, but I have no knowledge of how to obtain records about the certification.

I think the department of quality improvement is tired of my calls. If someone else wants to call the Admin. Assistant of this division, and ask him about it, I'm sure you would have better luck than I at obtaining the info. He has been the most patient with me and has always returned my calls. I think I have outworn my welcome though.

If anyone thinks that the khk BULLSHIT QUACK THERAPY certificationists are going to gloss over the rampant and systematic abuse yet again, let me tell you now that they can't. Word has it that a major shakeup has gone down inside certification HQ. Papers have been shredded, people have lost their jobs, and more excuses are being fabricated at this very instant!
