How To Get To Morgan Yacht Replica building in Sl

By request we are posting here how to get there and the limits on computers.

The morgan yacht replica is just that a replica building which is done in 3d virtual reality. That means it allow you to build an avatar and walk through the building. The building was built to help share the message of what happened inside the community of secondlife which really does have its own community. It was also created to create a 3d park where survivors can gather and get together in real time.

Computer Limits in SL. -
You must have a high speed connection.
 YOu must have a graphic cards that is not more than five years old.
You must be running an operating system that is past WIN 98.
 I don't know if NT will work , I havent tried it perhaps Virginia can tell you.
    So, if your running say Win XP with broadband or higher you should be fine.
  Yes, this limits some from having access to it and that suck but um I didnt build second life.

How to get there;
  type in the web address bar, www.secondlife.com
  click the "sign up for free account" .
  It will then walk through creating your own account, this will include creating a first name and choosing a last name from list - why cant you make your own last name ( I dont know).
 You will download secondlife which on broadband connection takes about 2 minutes.
  You log in
   You are first dropped on orientation island , this is an island built to help you get the basics down, like how to fly, how to change your avatars clothes etc BUT YOU DONT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS .
Once logged on at the bottom of your screen you will see a "search bar" click it.
  then several tabs will be brough up. One of those tabs is
"ALL" under the "all" tab type in "straight incorporated" .
  You will see your first result is the replica building.
   Highlight it, click Teleport
  It will fly you right to the building.

I just started helping them and there are many purposes.

The first one is to have a place in real time for survivors to get together and talk or show up when you need support at "survivor Park" which right behind the replica building,This also profiles some survivors and their efforts

the second is to share the story with individuals in that medium.

the third is that although thestraights.com does a kick butt job at reporting on the straights and wes is awesome, There is ALOT of information on that site, its hard to often just find the story and facts of Straight Inc. from start to finish. There is just so much info out there.
The ones in SL that built the replica  have made the walk through a
simple walk through that explains the players and the events.
This allows someone to understand what happened without having to sift tons of documents. although they do provide the documents and stations you can click on to read, they also include the audio version so you don't even have to read it.
The audio files will not play SL easily so they used a regular web page to play the audio files for each station in the replica building. Not all stations have audio though. they did the same with video.
When I get the link to the audio I will post it.

fourth is and I don't know this for sure but it appears that way.
They are flat out , no holds bar, no fear calling the guilty ones to the carpet so to speak and NOT just mel sembler, they include charles morgan, bruce epstein, and all other board members and executive staff. they list the crimes they are responsible for and provide the one taking the tour a way to tell them what they think.
I think this is the most important simply because it puts the blame where it belongs and we all know they can't deny it.
