Help for Troubled Teen?

I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I am looking to get a throubled teen help and to help researching options for both his mom and dad, who have no internet.
I know there are several "positive" programs but I can't locate them. Something like bootcamp, where they kid goes away for a month to learn selfrespect, about drugs, behavoral help, counceling etc.
What agencies can help?
I found some camps that want $400 per day...thats just not possible
Can a 17 year old just not go even if his parents both adree on it?

Yes, I informed them of their mistakes and linked them to Fornits and ISAC, but I think I'd need a power drill for skulls this thick...

First of all, whoever they are, you should direct them to a website that deals with proper use of grammar so that their online queries are at least decipherable to the rest of us.

Is there an Elements of Style online?

Internet activists have to assume everything on the net is real, otherwise they'd realize they are just fucking around with a bunch of other losers too afraid to leave the basement, and their moral arrogance would collapse around them. Now click on this link and sign my e-petition to get all programs closed!!!

Are e-petitions even allowed? I thought they didn't hold up and you needed an actual signature on paper.
