I would like to be involved on behalf of my sister who, 15 years later, still suffers from severe PTSD, anxiety attacks, cutting, etc. and is in and out of hospitals for self-harming.  The community residence she currently lives in does not have access to the internet, however I have offered to submit comments for her, and if things move forward, can put you in touch with her directly.

One thing to consider - the RICO act - originally created for organized crime, but includes provisions for civil cases where an individual is harmed by apattern of illegal activity.  It is currently being involked by a TX attorney pursing a child-abuse case with the "Krishnas" and a CA attorney pursuing "SAFE".  Both suits seemed to have defendents that had passed the Statute of Limitations.

Hi...My name is Kara and I was in Kids of Bergen County in 1986....As I read this message board I can see that I am one of the lucky ones who got out before enough damage was done......I ran away after I reached 2nd phase, and thank God every day for parents who believed in me.....Today I am a 35 year old woman who has been happily married for almost 11 years....I have 4 beautiful children and I am a very happy ,healthy productive member of society......all this, after I too, was told I'd never be anything....My heart feels like it is bleeding for all the souls on this site......Even after all these years it feels like yesterday when I read all this.....I would love nothing more than to help bring down this bastard for all the pain & damage he has caused so many....Please let me know , I will be  willing to fight this out with all of you.....God bless you all

I was in kids from July  of 86 thru September 86....I ran away when I was on 2nd phase, and thank God my parents never sent me back.........My Mom saw that there was some weird stuff going on, I knew bad things were happening also....I just never knew some of it went so far....BUT, I am by no means surprised.....They were horrible people, if that's what you want to call them........My name is Kara Rendon, well it's different now, I've been married for almost 11 years.....I would be very interested to know who you are.....There are many people I remember from there....like Gino, and a girl named Lynn, she used to cut herself up all the time, I also remember Danielle Burt and Nicole Avella ....we might have been there at the same time....Thank God I didn't have to endure what so many others did, but I will tell you that it definitely affected my life....it was 17 years ago, and it still feels like yesterday.....Hope to hear back from you

How did you make it to second phase so fast?  At one point I spent at least a year without earning talk!  I guess I didn't get what I was supposed to get.

As I said, count me in lets do whatever it takes to get the Bastard (Newton). I am sick of the lingering psycosis and traumatism from the Kids program. Die Miller!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
