-subverting programs by recruiting active employees to datamine and document farm

-networking, networking, networking

-letters to congress, regulating agencies, A.G's and governors

-deprogrmming parents one painstaking case at a time

-educating readers with facts about mental health care

-providing damaging information about program lawsuits and arrests to strugglingteens and shaming them into linking the stories on their 'breaking news' section

-getting banned from st for refusing to comply with censorship/bs/nonsense

-taking no shit from anyone, ever

-outing some of the most prolific pro-program trolls of all time

-dropping dimes to oversight agencies by the roll

-talking common sense plain talk with references

-rolling deep with my program-closing crew of 5

I'd have to say that most of what I was talking about above applies to both Deborah and RobertBruce also.  We're talking endless hours of strategizing, conferencing and making calls/writing letters to try to spur action from generally slumbering oversight agencies, plus lots of research and documentation.  

I think the most important things we've all learned are never to take "I can't help you" as an answer and never to give up.  These bureaucracies are huge ships that take a long time and a lot of effort to turn around.  They do turn, though.
