alot of the staff just find a niche in hla..although they dont agree with hla altogether they do their best to help kids in their own way. not everyone gets a job they like 100%, and somettimes you gotta do what u gotta do to get your mulah. and rich isnt around all day, he just comes around for a few hours to teach guitar and jam out (when i was there). richard is the man. if hla goes down i'm gonna ask him to work for me.
