You missed some good ones. Notice the Violation re: Communication. I guess licensing hasn't figured out yet that severing communication with parents/family is a blanket policy in programs. Otherwise, the brainwashing wouldn't take, or parents would pull their kids after discovering what kind of "care/treatment" they've emptied the savings and refinanced the house for.
For those who feel regulations are not useful, how else will parents be privy to this inside information? Is the program going to call the State Rep a lying manipulator? These kinds of reports carry more weight than personal stories. Every program that houses kids 24/7 should be subjected to this level of scrutiny.

The purpose of the visit was to conduct two complaint investigations incident # 1 involved inappropriate sexual contact between a male and female resident and incident #2 involved bruises resulting from a resident being restrained by staff.
