RSC (rational self counseling)

Why is it that only the staff trainees got to take this? It's like they were privy to information that would have been helpful in coping with what happened to us there. I guess that was only for staff because they were supposed to be and feel superior.

Talking behind backs sign was a "hand duck" over your shoulder pointing in back of you.

In VA, there was RSC starting on 4th or 5th phase.
