Aging and common sense arithmetic
« on: October 11, 2006, 10:56:26 PM »
I turned 48... damn it all happened  so fast...

They'd tell you I'm 49 but they're wrong. On my Quote "49th" Birthday I completed my 48th year of life.

If my parents were asked on the  day I was born how old I was they cetaintly didn't say oh, he's 1 year old.

Age should be determined by the following formula:

Current Year - (Year of birth + 1)

I'm 48 not 49

In seed years (calculated as follows:  the current year minus tthe year of your internment plus one) how old are you now?

Me?  Lesseee  2007 minus 1973 plus 1= 35.

Yeah, I like that much better.

See?  The seed really does help you think better....
