Think the Suds will "settle this civil case" rather than agree to the depositions?
Think the Suds really want to subject themeselves to depostions?
Think they really want to answer all those deposition questions?

The Suds will have that insurance company paying up!
The Suds wouldn't dare answer any depo questions!

If Cheryl Sudweeks's charges are significant enough to warrant a "lifetime ban" from operating a facility in Juab County, then what  makes her any more "fit" to provide any type of child-caring services in any other county in the State of Utah?

That's a question that needs to be answered.

To the colorful, poster:

Not every child enrolled at Whitmore was proclaimed to be a "self-destructive, manipulative, liar."

Most were enrolled to participate in the Sudweeks's advertised fine, accredited, educational program, horse equine program, extensive travel opportunities, which offered individual and group therapy by a licensed therapist.in a loving, non-abusive setting...as was assured by Sue Scheff /PURE who referred each parent and child.

Wonder what this poster finds "OTHER FUN STUFF" about children testifying about abuses they suffered at the hands of the Whitmore owners, Mark and Cheryl Sudweeks?

It's one thing to defend the Sudweeks, if that is what one wants to do.   But that is just sick.

What they said - plus this: If the Salt Lake City jury is any indication, Utah Juries are up set and offended by persistent and consistent allegations of abuse against those who have been entrusted with the care of troubled and fragile children.

SLC is way different from most of Mormon Utah. A lot of them don't even understand what child abuse really is. Why do you think there's so much of this shit in Utah?

Here's hoping for some GUILTY.

SLC is under fifty percent mormon. The percentages are in favor of the jury being less inclined to vote not guilty based on religion.

Guess it is "wait and see" huh?

No one seems too bothered about a jury trial execept whoever this is yakking for the Suds's benefit.

Let the jury hear the testimony, and let the jury decide.
That is what the JUSTICE system is about.

Still say the Suds will never give those depositions, and go on record: they will be yelling "settlement" to the top of their sorry lungs.

Thought the civil case had been filed in Provo, not that it matters.
