It's a great idea. I've heard the idea floated to send an 18 year-old kid in under the pretext of enrollment and have him document the experience. It would be hard to get a camera or recorder in though because they strip-search kids at the slightest suspicion and search and turn-over their rooms constantly.
It would be easier to plant a staff member since they don't require any education whatsoever to teach there or be a counselor - no fake resume needed.
