Ouch!  Caught out there again!  This should be posted here in TheWho's thread.  He's had a very bad day today, getting completely owned, by himself no less!  Ha,Ha,Ha... :wink:

OK, folks, let's break it down Barney style for everyone again...

First this:

"I have been there I know there are offices and phones everywhere if kids needed help."

Then this:

Next this:

"Okay, lets get the details of the law...see how ASR sizes up against what the state defines as requirements."

Then shown that this has already been done by the state:

The agency said that the right to privacy in communications, even for juveniles, can be restricted only by court order -- for example, if a therapist believes that the teen's communication should be monitored, perhaps to support a young person through a crisis in relations with his orher family -- and then only temporarily."

Finally, in the face of incontrovertible evidence in the form of a previous citation for the exact same offense, this:
 

"ASR is presently meeting all their obligations as far as the law goes, I think we have established that."

Anybody else sense a little "disconnect" here?  A credibility gap, or chasm, as it were?

I think today has been productive, we established after many pages that ASR meets the existing requirements of the laws of Massachusetts.  If anyone states otherwise ask to see the law or a link, or just talk to the school.  There has been alot of deception going on today. Ha,Ha,Ha... but it has been fun.

As always, Dont just believe myself or others here.  Do your homework , talk to the school/schools .  Get comfortable that you are making the right choice in keeping your child safe.

Why did TheWho take the time to copy/past this post and take the time to bold each individual item and then add his own mean spirited comments? What would possess someone to take the time to skim through a survivor story, copy paste it then bold some fo the disgusting acts, and then laugh at it? What kind of person does things like this?

Now, let's examine this, Who: Let's say, for argument's sake that a kid's very own counselor sexually abuses him/her. ASR's plan, as you verified with them like I did, is to have that child report the abuse directly to the person that perpetrated it.

This is downright scary and paves the road for child abuse. I would avoid this facility at all costs. It's dangerous!

This post was copied from the Web Forum hosting thread.  It seems TheWho has a long history of editing his posts after being called out and then trying to take jabs at the person that called him out saying "I never said that!" or "The moderators edited my post!"

Any reader can see that this is very childish and that TheWho can't be believed, as he's been caught out there too many times simply lying about what can be proven to be true.

Case in point.  TheWho caught out there again editing his posts to make it appear that he didn't say something that he did...  Pretty sad...

I repeated my post because you buried it by responding with identical posts, one from your username which you went back and edited afterwards and one anonymously.  You posted originally at 9:46am and edited your post 3 times with the last at 11:36am, right after you claimed that you didn't repeat yourself.  So save your baby-games for someone else.

I dont think this shows parents seek to have their local school districts place kids at ASR.  It is just too expensive for one thing, but since I was asked not to opine I will ask if any of the "Guests" out there could answer this one.

Look, I've read your "work" here and I can see your M.O. is to distract from the conversation and to take jabs at people who point out your behavior and then to edit your posts to try to cover up your own behavior when called out.  I'm not trying to play games with you and I don't need your snide remarks or to watch you edit posts retroactively to try to make yourself look better.

If you want to play games like this and act like a child, copy my post into your own thread (a disaster area) and make your commentary there.  Have at it.  But don't insult people's intelligence when anyone can see you edit your posts to try to cover up your cildish commentary and behavior.

As for your question, it is hypothetical, because you have not yet established that ASR accepts public funding.  Why waste peoples time and research when it may not apply?  Your link was to a family that was trying to get their town to pay for ASR.  The town turned them down.  Try to establish your premise first.
