Another child dies from face-down restraint
On May 26, 2006, 7-year old Angellika Arndt was
restrained by counselors at the Rice Lake Day
Treatment Center. The medical examiner ruled
the girl died from complications of chest
compression asphyxia report said.
UPDATE: Angellika died a day after being restrained by employees at Rice Lake, Wisconsin. She attended the program five days a week and during that time she was placed in a so-called "control hold" because she was "gargling milk", according to a report by state health officials. One mom asked, "Where is the utrage?"

http://caica.org/RESTRAINTS%20Death%20List.htmRead Countdown to Justice - there's a good point made there that if a parent restrained their child for two hours for gargling milk and the child died, they'd end up in jail. These people need to be held to the same standard as the parents.
