Who's trying to intimidate TSW into silence? He made the stupid statement about advocates making money. They merely posted the article about this child.
TSW has posted he seems to believe face-slapping and belt-whipping was OK discipline; and most people disgree and view such discipline as abusive.
Hitting children is wrong.
Advocates posting current news is not a money-making event. So why TSW's constant digs?

According to the latest news report, Angellika Arndt was restrained to death because she was "Gargling" milk.  Plus, according to an AP report, she was restrained a total of 9 times.

Another child dies from face-down restraint
On May 26, 2006, 7-year old Angellika Arndt was
restrained by counselors at the Rice Lake Day
Treatment Center. The medical examiner ruled
the girl died from complications of chest
compression asphyxia report said.

UPDATE: Angellika died a day after being restrained by employees at Rice Lake, Wisconsin. She attended the program five days a week and during that time she was placed in a so-called "control hold" because she was "gargling milk", according to a report by state health officials. One mom asked, "Where is the utrage?"

http://caica.org/DEATHS%20Angie%20Main%20Page.htm

There's a list of kids who died in restraints:
http://caica.org/RESTRAINTS%20Death%20List.htm

Read Countdown to Justice - there's a good point made there that if a parent restrained their child for two hours for gargling milk and the child died, they'd end up in jail. These people need to be held to the same standard as the parents.

God I can't believe how out of control this shit is.  WTF is WRONG with people???  They get away with doing it to teens because its easy to write them off as defiant, rebellious etc., but this is insane.

Gargling milk. :flame:  :flame:  :flame:  :flame:  :flame:  :flame:  :flame:  :flame:  :flame:  :flame:  :flame:  :flame:

The Medical Examiner ruled this little girl's death a homicide; yet the District Attorney can't decide until mid July whether or not to charge anyone with murder? What the hell is wrong here?

Anyone else find this rather strange?

Teenadvocates started this thread, and then immediately the SAME POSTING is done by CAICA.

Then Teenadvocates posted the information about "garling milk" and I'll be darn if CAICA didn't immediately POST THE EXACT SAME information.

What the heck is IZZY doing? Proving again that she just can't have one original thought in her pea brain?

CCMGirl on program restraints: "DON\'T TAZ ME BRO!!!!!"

TheWho on program survivors: "From where I sit I see all the anit-program[sic] people doing all the complaining and crying."

A couple of things. I look at all the sites out there and I can tell you that Izzie certainly doesn't need to go to teen advocate's site - she does just fine on her own.

Have you lost your minds, tit for tat on a thread about a little girl who died? Save it for people who care - do this on yor own time becasue others are tired of your jealosy here.

about this article. Nah, Izzy had it up just after it happend, had a nice  page just for the little girl, an dhas had it on the front page for a while. So get over it.

ANd who the fuck cares so long as the story gets out:? Just grow up here it is unblievably annoying to have to listen to your crap.

Stop it already.
The information needs to be on as many websites as possible, and no one owns the information. It's public. Ya think Barbe hasn't taken info from Fornits? Further, if another site posted a death first, ya think Barbe wouldn't post it as well? Your ridiculous campaign is getting old.

Bullshit Anon - "Izzie" is an admitted PURE supporter. She lists them on her helpful resources webpage and PURE lists CAICA on theirs. Self-explanatory, I'd say, but then again, some people believe ONLY what their lying eyes tell them.

Oh, by the way, why doesn't Barbe ever post about WWASP? Anybody else ever notice that?

TAUSA is not a watchdog group but provides links to ISAC, FICA, CAFETY and others that do that kind of admirable work which is more than you can say for CAICA.

HOLY THE CHILDREN has been online since TAUSA started and is not a DEATH LIST.  It's a memorial.

Good article on E-Referral Services you might be interested in Anon.

you don't make sense here,  barbe has a list of deaths on her site. besides, the list of deaths may just be a good way to wake people up. Don't you get it? It's not supposed to be all touchy=feely. the idea is to get the point across that kids are dying, at leaset that's what i get out of it. (the one on CAICA, I mean ) You can tell lots of work went into it with articles and reports. I use the list a lot for research so for me it's been good.
