And suffering is not a badge of honor. Experiencing tyranny does not deserve a bow or a kiss. The honor is in removing the stumbling stone. The honor is in the impolite destruction of tyranny through honest, powerful dialogue - not etiquette. Not political correctness.

This is an excellent article written by a Seed Survivor found on the first link posted by Eudora. Its lenghty, but its a well-written account of this survivor's experience in the Seed. I highly recommend this important history lesson for those not familiar with the history of the Seed, Straight, etc. Most of it sounded precisely like my experience in Straight.

Cool site Eudora.

I'm reading the link you posted NCL.  It is a lengthy article.  I just finshed the part about O.M.  The details are great! I am remembering things I hadn't thought about in a long, long time.  Weird to read about O.M.  I forgot how brainwashed I was.  The article really brings out the cultish characteristics of the program.

I can't believe I was in a place like that!  I can't believe I acted that way!  Sometimes I feel like I'm still in shock.

Fuck the Seed!  Fuck $tr8!

I printed it up.

If you would have justice in this world, then begin to see that a human being is not a means to some end.  People are not commodities.  When human beings are just to one another government becomes obsolete and real freedom is born; SPIRITUAL ANARCHY.

That's a great site, thanks for posting it. Reading that I found a link through to the Michael Perry website, I had never heard of that before. That is one fucked up story. He is the exact same age as me, his writings really make me think.

While reading through I thought this point was interesting

I now live on DEATH ROW in Texas and honest to God the conditions are WAY better here than they were at Casa.

Parents should think about that before sending their kid off to some program.

I can't even begin to imagine what kind of living horror being on death row for a crime you didn't committ must be like. http://www.savemichaelperry.info/index.html
