Joe made artman wear a pair of dirty underpants on his head for an entire day. Art was in charge of cleaning his dorm and over looked a pair of nasty dirty shit stained underpants and Joe made Art wear it on his head for an entire day.

Back in the days, Elan did have some pretty strange sick learning experiences for the residents. Ketchup soaked tampons taped to a 13 year old girls head. I wouldn't put wearing a dirty pair of under garments past elan for using it as an LE.
