I'm thinking about changing my user name to Vileness Fats, although I think Isabelle Zehnder has a better claim to it than I do...
That's pretty funny........
BTW, I had a chance to see the film,
Whatever Happened To Vileness Fats? a few years ago courtesy of a friend who had done some graphic design work for UWEB and The Residents. Needless to say, it is damn
weird. A few other people, a couple of whom were tripping balls, watched it with us. Later one of them said that he thought my Residents-knowing friend and I were members of "a drug and sex cult that has something to do with the Residents"--either it was centered around them, or they were members of it, too. Apparently, he thought some questions I asked my friend during the movie were leading, scripted questions designed to reveal certain aspects of the cult to the other people present. To this day, I don't think he realizes how close he was to the truth........but enough about that for now. Check it out sometime, it's fucking strange, but oddly charming, thought-provoking, and entertaining (remind you of anyone?) at the same time.
So anyway, I've been in some kind of classic rock hell today:
