Not unlike our experience with Straight...The snare of all great thought is the unconditional acceptance of irrational assumptions/statements.

What we have been told in regards to the events of 9/11 does not match the evidence...hidden in plain view. Examine and think for yourselves.[ This Message was edited by: Woof-a-Doof on 2005-12-02 15:12 ]

Sorry, but I just don't have the energy to rehash all this shit again.  This website just bombards with the sometimes credible but the majority of the time ri-goddam-diculous theories to frighten everyone.  Hey, guess what, I'm afraid of the terrorists.  Isn't that enough for now?  It is for me.  Best of luck with your paranoia.

I appreciate the emotional exhaustion left in the wake of the events of 911 and the unwillingness to investigate that which we have all seen over and over. And so, I understand and respect your responce.

I was, at first upset at the characterization of being [/i]paranoid[/i].Having worked in the Mental Health field for the majority of my adult life, my understanding of the word is based more on a clinical level. Paranoia is (as defined by Merriam-Webster) a psychosis characterized by systematized delusions of persecution or grandeur usually without hallucinations. Paranoia is a tendency on the part of an individual or group toward excessive or irrational suspiciousness and distrustfulness of others. (those of us who experienced Staight Inc seem to have earned a inalienable right to question that which we have been told)

Dismissing the facts, by labeling me paranoid is not unlike Betty Sembler responding to a request for an apology by saying "Get a Life".

Regarding the "ri-goddam-diculous theories "...Conspiracy Therories are just that, theroies. When the facts (the ones we have all seen) are investigated, the Conspiracy Theory becomes a Conspiracy Possibility. As more and more facts are layed out in a such a manner that they are irrefutable, the they become a Conspiracy Probablity.

Perhaps the emotions  surrounding 911 will fade to such a degree that we can desiminate with our own eyes the evidence (that which we have all seen) and demand that the commison that investigated the events of 911 be re-opened. We deserve to know what really happened. The evidence will speak for itself...
