That is great news. He should not have brought a claim against that young girl in the first place!

What's the deal with the Sudweeks and HORSES?
Google "Laeysa Sudweeks"

There is posting after posting of this young teenage daughter of the Sudweeks advertising HORSES "FOR SALE."

Are the Sudweeks no longer going to offer their EQUINE HORSE PROGRAM at the Whitmore? Is that why they are selling off the herd?

Doesn't selling "Registered Horses" require that the horses must be registered to the person offering them for sale?  Think the Suds have transferred ownership of these advertised valuable horses to a mere teenager?
What's going on here?

Sure some hefty prices on those horses. And a teenage horse dealter with all that responsibility of selling them? Sure.

Thought it was illegal for anyone except the registered owner to advertise registered horses for sale? Think the Suds transferred ownership of all these horses to a teenage daugher before they allowed her to advertise them "for sale" on the internet?

Question was: Did the Suds transfer these registered horses into the name of a TEENAGER?

Well, it's sort of against the RULES to advertise registered horses FOR SALE in the name of anyone except the registered owner. But, since when do the Sudweeks follow any rules, huh?
