This is absolutely correct. Hyde only seems to attract former students and parents for teaching or staff positions. If they are fortunate to attract a well educated teacher, they are usually gone within a year! No one with intelligence sticks around Hyde nor will they make waves because they need Hyde as a reference for future jobs. This is why you don't see many former teachers speaking out, but believe me I have talked to plenty who felt Hyde was a very harmful place.
