Uh-Ohhhhh.  i don' see it.  Damn it.  i think i gave it away.  Fuck, and here i was actually into verifyin' ever'tin' for ya or makin' any corrections.  i can't even remember the title of it now or the authors name or nothin', only that it was about Aminitus Muscarious and telepathy. This cat from N.Y.C. would go into trances and speak and write in dead Egyptian symbols 'n' all.  So the book was mainly about experiments involving him and the effects of Aminitus Muscarious on his innate telepathic abilities.  

Uh... toward the end of the book the author describes some ancient shamanistic customs that have evolved out of siberia involving the seeking of visions while deprived of food and sleep and bein' exhausted from dancin' and then eating either the Aminitus Muscarious mushroom or somethin' right a-kin to it.  i have other sources of information as well, such as books about Ghengis Khan, Nat'l Geographic articles about Ghengis Khan and the Mongol Horde, Articles about shamanism, television documentaries, etc.

I do see your point Pirate. I also have studied other cultures. Especially ancient ones.  All people  can be beautiful,in their own setting. I understand what I may see as corrupt may be normal and accepted in another place. What I may see as moral maybe obselete somewhere else. We can see this in the ways other cultures inact Justice upon wrong do'ers.

I see how fear is what drove Straight and other places like it to exist even today.

And I know many cultures used and still use mind altering substances as a great teacher and powerful tool to gain awareness. It is this awareness gaining from these substances that scares much of our goverment into making them illegal. People start to see the truth and understand it. If we as a whole earth population gained these awarenesses at once... What a great leap in global consciousness and human awareness of truths it would create.

As a group, though as children about to become adults we exhibited some threatening behavior.  Some form of behavior that those who held power during the 80s (Reagan and his wife, Bush and his, Princess Diana, etc., and their corporate and political followers, our parents)within the socio-politico-economico-authoritarian power structure, for lack of a better term (i hope you know what i mean), felt so threatened by, that they went to the exceedingly extreme means of kidnapping and brainwash.

We wouldn' follow the rules, wouldn' go to school. They jus' used drug use/abuse as a justification for our imprisonment and subsequent subjection to extreme durress to say the least. Torture. Shit i was jus' a pot smokin' kid from southern Californa who wouldn' go to school.  We were gettin' outside of their range of thought control.  Society is a prison !!  America is Str8 !!  Most people wouldn' know it but we do !! We have been political prisoners.  Let's form a political party...??  Our only issue bein' true freedom, which could only truly exist in the absense of law.  We would value our freedom so highly as a culture, that no one would commit a crime or otherwise coerce anyone to do anything.   True freedom.  Fuck authority. Oh Pirate, i was just talking to a friend of mine who heard something interesting about Jews and what the Nazis concluded about them from eugenics "research": Jews are sexually seductive, and have an unassimilable spirt. They cannot be integrated into German society.
