I think drug use should be encouraged by the government, and eventually made mandatory. It's a commonly known fact that those people who DON'T use drugs are fucking up the country, society, and the planet with their mindless pursuit of corporate sponsored consumerism. Also, think of the decrease in violent crime that would occur if half the population were nodding out from some pure, high-grade legal SMACK!!! I say we continue drug testing, even expand it to encompass everyone, and those of us who don't test positive for at least TWO banned substances should be required to attend a "drug treatment" facility where they will be treated--WITH DRUGS. We will require all homeowners to grow sensimilla in their yards, and have random house searches to see every citizen's "stash" (it will be compared with the results from the last inspection, and if they haven't been consuming drugs at a fast enough rate, off to the Drug Camp they go). I'm sick of fucking earthbound squares telling me what substances I can or can't use----wwe will solve the problem by eliminating non-drug users from our midst, one way or the other.
