About tragedy and humor.
When my mom died unexpectedly, it was on the Friday before the weekend when Mother's Day occurred---a very busy weekend for florists.
My employers, trying to do a nice thing, sent flowers to the funeral home where my mom was, but, in one of those terrible mistakes that happens when everyone is busy, the flowers arrived at the funderal home with a card that mistakenly said "Happy Mother's Day".
Although we all loved my mother, we've had some laughs over that one---even though friends who have less capacity for humor tell me that they would want to sue over this error, get somebody fired, etc.
Well, life would be pretty barren without humor, that's all I've got to say.
And if "The SummitGives" keeps on being as funny as he is---regardless of his attitude about CEDU, well in my books he's alright.
Cuz, whether you got a lot out of CEDU or nothing at all, I'm willing to bet that there were moments in your time there that were memorable and even hysterically funny--and why shouldn't you remember them with a smile even if you have problems with the rest of the program
