UN Charter for the Rights of Children

It would be nice if only the U.N. had the teeth to enforce such a thing. Its a bunch of good ideas but it really cannot be used or enforced.

Two problems:
1. The USA and Somalia are the only countries in the world that have not signed this treaty.
2. Enforcement consists of each signatory submitting a report on itself every three years.
I guess it is at least an acknowledgment of what constitutes child abuse.

And how many teens in psuedo prisons without due process?
