"not mr. CEDU",
it sounds a little to me that you have not actually digested your time there as much as you say. And a degree in shrinkology? that's impressive but only supports my claim that somehow you resent RMA/CEDU more than you let on. What you decided to do with your life: it is a natural extension of what was going on in that time in that place in idaho. what other choice of profession did you have when you got out? People was all you knew, and you know you knew people so much better than the average person. I have to agree with that...But I'm a RMA/ Cedu-ite and firmly disagree that CEDU promotes healthy friendships...you know what really happened to you there, man?

YOU WENT THROUGH PUBERTY  and when you got out- it's true. You are more mature. and you were more knowledgeable about some important expressable and not so easy to describe skills in communication and verbal articulation. Furthermore, you certainly have tools that allow you deeper empathy than the average person.

Also, i feel it fair to mention that it's just possible that you were the saddest lonliest fattest and most retarded left out kid  before you went to rma and couldn't make friends. The idea that you didn't participate in the cultic style of communication and constant put downns makes me say quite simply: Bullshit. try again. BUZZZZZ i don't believe you. By NOT coming to the rescue of kids getting put down and demeaned in raps and (perfectly healthy hazing you compared it to and btw it does not go on all over the country everywhere, the kind of things we are talking about) you were part of a totalitarian system, in the aggragate, you were just another lying, look good, i suspect.

You were defending CEDU even though you said you weren't. Nobody's bitching about bans or doing fucking dishes, mate, we're talking about a place that you says helped and it doesn't. It hurts kids. Plain and simple. Is it special? Yes. was it hell? no, and two or three years is a long time, i'll concede, however that is not ones whole life. But not being honest about what it systematically did- and how it systematically went about duping parents for money is  just unforgiveable.
