My Story and It's not just the programs

What business has a schoolteacher got trying to get a psyche dx on a kid?

The public school system is NOT underfunded! It's just that the funding is all going to pseudo-shrinks and psyche experiments. How long has it been since administration have outnumbered teachers? The trouble is that education is no longer a priority for our public indoctrination centers. In most of them, it's not even a serious sideline.

Religion is based . . . mainly on fear . . . fear of the mysterious, fear of defeat, fear of death. Fear is the parent of cruelty, and therefore it is no wonder if cruelty and religion have gone hand in hand. . . . My own view on religion is that of Lucretius. I regard it as a disease born of fear and as a source of untold misery to the human race.
--Bertrand Russell, British philosopher, educator, mathemetician, and social critic

that's so true, I noticed that too.  Moving a lot as a kid, I went to over a dozen different schools, and at each one the administration WAY out-numbered the faculty.  They were cramming forty kids in a classroom, using ragged textbooks, underpaying the teahcers, serving old food in the cafeteria, and then one of the jerks from the admin office would come in- and he'd be in a nice pressed suit driving a sports car.  Go figure!
