Seems Cheryl's attorney got a continuance until July 7.  Seems she was booked and released last night.  Attorney probably made arrangements.  Maybe afraid of a little press?

It's not unusual to get booked? This is just something that happens to lots of people?
Really? Would think this would be a very unusal happening for anyone, especially the owner of a school. Just a usual, happening, huh? Glad no one seems bothered.

Court cases - any kind - rarely go off on schedule.  There are usually several continuances, requests for discovery, etc.  It'll take some time, as the judge must ensure that ALL defendants receive due process, or convictions won't stick...

Absolutely true.  In fact, probably more common than not in cases like this.  Gives the defense time to discover and prepare.  Also, most people AFTER the charges are filed and they find out how serious the situation is, they look a better or more experienced atty.....esp. one experienced in litigation if they're prepared to take it that far

why doesnt somebody call the police where gmom is from it will shock the pants off of you. no wonder her grandaughter has such serious issues. if the truth were known, we are all focusing on the wrong "bad" people. wake up you guys.

When gmom opens a school and charges people to look after children and is charged with child abuse. I will take a look and make some phone calls. Until then, I couldnt care less what Gmom does or doesnt do. I believe the only person being charged here is CHERYL SUDWEEKS. Yes. someone has to wake up, it aint me!
