The two post about Bonnie Ulrick in the Montana corrections are both right, I check. that about June of this year Montana corrections had Bonnie?s information on there web sit that she was in prerelease, and there was no ncic # no picture and no convictions.
I checked again a few days ago and found the information has been changed to what it reads now.
On another note the news paper said that sanders county was cleared of wrong doing in the suit that Bob Felds brought against sanders county(tow truck suit). I have seen the order from the judge on that case, now it would be nice if the independent would print the order from Judge Molly so the people of sanders county can see what was really said in that order to dismiss.
A reported should contact Bob and interview him on what he found out about after he arrived at the US district court in Missoula, Bob found that there was about 20 missing pages from his file, Judge Molly was ruling on what was in the file, a motion has been entered to reconsider, and the paper works has been prepared for appeal to the ninth circuit court if necessary.
Bob?s paper work was either removed from its file or it never got in the file after arriving there or intercepted somewhere in the postal service.
There should be an investigation by federal authorities, tapering with some ones lawsuit is a felony
