THOSE CONSIDERING LAWSUITS

For those of you who are thinking about filing a lawsuit regarding abuse at MMS, please retain counsel before making any more public statements on this or any other forum. You could be undermining your own case.

Just a little bit of friendly advice.

Indeed. Registered users can edit their own posts. Anon posters can request assistance. The only criteria is that we are convinced that the person making the request is really the author. As long as you're paying him (and even on contingency, you're paying) listen to your lawyer. We now have it set up so that whole posts can be hidden w/o actually deleting them. So a retraction can be retracted if you want it later.
