Sandy Barbero was a MSW who spent over two days at KIDS of Bergen County in 1989.  What she observed frightened her so much that she sent a letter to the ACLU trying to stop KIDS.  I've published her report at

Flashback city.  Figures with Miller running things it would be like that.
