Angela "Zappala" Lee ratted on people she sold drugs to in order to avoid a prison sentence. In return the citizens of Florida footed the bill to place her in a home in North Carolina under the witness protection program. Dig deeper, my little glow worm, and you'll find that the federal government was less tolerant. While in the witness protection program, she was indicted in Ohio on 32 counts of money laundering and drug distribution. She pleaded guilty to 1 count and finally went to prison.
