They say they are continuing to try to improve their service. Right now, they don't have any way for me to archive the messages that are there, and I don't want to lose what we have. I've checked into other message boards. So far none of them seem to fit our needs. So I am at a stand still as far as what to do about coolboard. I apologize for all the troubles accessing the board and hope they will come through with all of their promised improvements. If anyone has any new suggestions feel free to let me know what I should do.
